Could someone point to where I can write to a GM about it?

That is strange. They asked you to post on the officials for GM help? I think they would have escalated it within game or returned to you if it was a systems issue (janitor or otherwise). You may have dropped them, put in a wrong container (on ground), had a disk break apart, got disarmed, left at table, or some other issue. If a player(s) picked them up in those cases, not much they can do.

They likely determined a player has the weapons and suggested posting on the officials to hope for a kind player to return them because they generally cannot pull it if not outright theft. In which case this is the correct folder and a GM is not needed.
