I like the idea of a bread that restores mana, spirit and accelerates rates of recovery, raises mana level temporarily, grants a vision of a deity and allows the smell of the fresh morsel to be so hypnotizing that it overpowers the area from time to time randomly granting mana and spirit bonuses or perhaps at Lore scales some low level protection spells.
