Is there any plan, or chance for intermediate ranks in a lore to work towards the effects on any of the spells being updated?
Meaning, similar to 1604 crit weighing, where if you are halfway between two seed ranks you get a 50% chance of getting the higher tier result.
Just wondering if this can be/is being done for ELR based spells where you see some small potential benefit between rank 1 and rank 2...etc. An example would be if you have 10% of the water lore requirements for lockpick protection would you(could you) have a 10% chance of getting that damage point protection?
