This spell would allow the caster to take temporarily take on essence of his attuned element.
Earth Lore: with sufficient earth lore training the caster will take on the form of the earth causing their skin become covered in an adamantine/krodera alloy which would grant a chance, to dispel magic, or disarm/shatter a weapon upon striking the caster.
Air Lore: with sufficient air lore training the caster will take on a non corpreal state ect
Water Lore: with sufficient water some kind of troll's blood regenerative/adrenal surge type of deal/abilities.
enough dedication to lores would allow the caster the choose his form.
You left out Fire: the caster becomes completely enwreathed in flames!!!
