Im sure it may be here somewhere, but I havent seen the post on it yet.
As I understand it, only certain brawling weapon classes are valid to be used by monks with UAC.
Usable as I understand for potential benefits that may outweigh their Drawback on the MM value. I think I saw one of the gms posts in a warcamp showing that potential as a sample.
Moving On
Anyway, has it been stated why certain brawling weapon types are valid and others arent?
Example, Sais, Jackblades and Fist Scythes I guess are not?
(The funny thing is my monk was genned with a jackblade as its "weapon" too )

Thanks, but yeah I already know which weapons are currently allowed. I was looking for the why.
I was looking for the reasoning or rationale on the choices, or was it just some arbitrary decision?
As I said they even have weapons not on the list starting out with beginner monks.

The ones that are more "worn" are compatible with UAC. Look at the pictures on the play.net weapon list; the ones that are more like gloves or are worn on the knuckles are the ones that work. The obvious exception is troll claws, but they claim those are too heavy for UAC.

Good as reason as any other I guess, looks like anything Held was omiited- jackblades, sais, blackjacks, hookknives, and fist scythes.
I guess troll claws were too effective to count.
Thanks, looks at the "pics" I see how they were chosen now.
