Got this from Droughtman's: a stained troll bone skull carved with spirals of crimson runes.
It appears to have all the stunning skull scripts on it, including the visions. I'll double-check later today though and see if there's any differences.
With the +5 bonus to DIS, this skull is perfect for any rogue working on stun maneuvers.
