If I let another player be a shop partner, what can the partner do? What exactly does the partner have access to?

Thanks

Partners can sell items, pull their own items, reprice their own items, see their inventory in a room, get a register (shows inventory in the shop), and deposit and withdraw their own money.

There's no room restrictions other than verbal contracts between you and the partner, but they're mechanically unable to mess with your stuff aside from using up the slots in a room.

I remember partners being able to change writing on shop signs, but that was before all this seeming bugginess happened.
