Over in plat my husband & I were gone for a few years, now we cannot access the shop that is surprisingly still there & of course cannot open another. Should we just put in a bug or are we out of luck?
Count yourself lucky. Mine was gone for good along with all merchandise. Meh. I expected it, but then I found out that this wasn't the case for some. Just depends on your timing, I guess. C'est la vie...
I would ask a GM about it. Plat doesn't have full playershops like Prime does, so they might be able to at least reset it so you can purchase a new one or something. Couldn't hurt to ask
