Where you can purchase containers, facades, walls, roofs, etc

The shops in Plat in Icemule are MIA, and there are player shops where there should be none, actually where the shops for facades, etc, should be.

I posted this a while ago, though I don't remember which folder it was in, approximately a year ago. Just curious if we had any update on what's going on with this?
