I believe the rent claiming and/or the requirement to visit at least 180 days have been suspended because of some broken code issues.

It has been quite a while, have these been resolved? The ability to get shops in the landing have come to a screeching halt for quite some time.

Been along time since a shop opened in the Landing.

No, I'm afraid I don't have any free coders at this time. That might change shortly though.
