For a while now, political observers have been wondering why the Obama Administration has not experienced a major scandal. Most presidents have had multiple scandals by this point in their administration.[1]

Could the Solyndra matter turn out to be Obama's first scandal? I predict that it will not. It was just a bad loan, as loans sometimes are.
