Cultural exchange, where as different cultures interact and exchange different aspects of their cultures. Is this present in Elanthia?

Naturally, the Elves would claim that at least the humans, if not other races, owe a certain amount of their base civilization to elven accomplishments (gained during their time of superiority over most of the continent). Is there any readily evident examples of this?

What about Halfling and Elven cultural intercourse?

Sylvan and halflings? Magic?

How much elven culture remains in the Faendryl culture?
