Members of the five Elven Houses and the House of Faendryl may now display their proper full name, including their House surname, by utilizing the new ShowCltrSurname flag. Players must have their culture and last name showing for their cultural surname to display.

If you don't have a last name or aren't a member of an Elven House, then you won't have access to the flag (since it would do nothing for you).

That is not a valid flag.

Bit of an oddity here, but when I used TITLE LIST CULTURE, it showed all cultures as being available, as if I had not chosen one previously, which I had.

I went ahead and re-set it as Illistim, but still I cannot use the new flag. It's not even showing up in my list.
