So, I happened across the above saved post by Oscuro on kp.org. He also mentions that Self Control provides a bonus to defense against sheer fear. How does this work? Does it provide phantom levels, TD against fear-based rolls, both? Is it a flat bonus, or does the bonus improve with ranger ranks?

Have I been wasting my time with lichbane talismans? Sorta don't want to test it myself.
