What are the consequences of not training in First Aid nor Survival for a Bard?

I know the obvious of IceMule and the cold environments, but any other major issues to know about?

If there are any issues, when would be the latest I could add that to my training to avoid major issues? And minimum amounts of training needed?

FA and Survival are tertiary skills for a bard and completely unnecessary for a bard. The only reason to get these is for herb RT reduction, forage bounty tasks, skinning bounty tasks and for general skinning.

never had a need for either as a bard, at train 100 I have 0 ranks of both first aid and survival.
