Has any thought gone into the removal of "teaching" requirements? Shattered is a server in which the highest population I've seen since playing hovers around the mid 30s. Very few other players are sorcerers, and of those sorcerers, most are at the highest levels. It is very difficult to go out to them (perhaps 1 or 2) and work to efficiently and effectively advance in the guild.
Due to the low population of the server, has anyone considered dropping the teaching portion to help those that want to advance in the guild actually advance?

First off, they're never going to remove teach reps. From what I gather, it would basically take an entire re-write of the guild structure (not just sorcerer guild and related tasks, but all of them). As far as the level thing. That can't REALLY be an issue. There are essentially two locations people hang out; WL and TI. Sometimes Teras, but it's been fairly vacated lately. In any case, you could conceivably hunt in TI with the higher level sorcerers. Problem there is that I am currently the only person with any real illusion training and I'm not sure how interested the other guys would be in manually working on it.
I'm pretty much a slacker and ruby-noob, but have been "working" on making a fully automated illusion bot to train people with. General idea is that the bot sits his ass in TSC and people can get training between hunts while they rest or whatever.
>wait till you need 5 guild master nominations....
You missed the memo. We don't need no stinkin nominations!
