I bought some of the stunning powder from the festival, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get to work. I don't know if there's some sort of verb I'm not figuring out, or a skill I'm lacking, or a hidden roll. But, I've gone through nearly an entire pouch and the only message I keep getting, no matter who or what I use it on, is this:

>You reach into a drawstring soft leather neckpouch and gingerly withdraw a pinch of night black powder.

>toss powder at rat
>You fling some night black powder at the rat with a flourish. Besides a pretty display and annoying the rat, it has no effect.

Always a pretty display and some annoyance, never once have I stunned anything. That includes trolls, rats, and Aihan.

Am I missing something? Or, is it broken?

I apologize if I am being too obtuse, but, I had already spent a heck of a lot of time blowing the powder and couldn't get that to work either. In fact, it worked less than tossing it, so I assumed toss was the correct verb.

This is what I get for 'blow':

You also see a giant rat and a giant rat.
Obvious exits: southeast, southwest, up

>blow my powder at rat
Please rephrase that command.

>blow

Please rephrase that command.

>blow my powder on rat
Please rephrase that command.

Please rephrase that command.
