Well, i've been doing my share of complaining lately(well, methais' player was mostly doing it for me.) about the Elemental Cataclysm that has befallen my chosen profession in game, but i have to take the time out to post this.
Well, much thanks is due to the billing department,
Not really going to go into a long story, but basically i had some fraud issues strike me recently, and i had to cancel my card that i was using for simu, 3 days away from my new billing cycle. I had sent a email out asking for an extra day,
Really appreciate the extra day guys to sort it out. Thanks for going the extra mile. Having worked in the past in a similar station,(and working in a job where payment is due for goods and services rendered at the moment)I know you didn't have to do it. Hopefully my alternate payment method i set up works. :P I also appreciate the quick response, even though the website was saying a 5 day response time was in order when i submitted the form.
