I'm not sure where to ask this, so I'll post here.
I wanted to give a Gift of Adventure to a friend. I don't have her account name. She has two characters on her account; I tried entering each name on the form, and each time I got the message that the name could not be found. Why not?
I know her Name, her E-mail Address and City/State of residence, but there was no place on the Gift form for any of that information. How do I go about this? Yeah, I guess I could ask her for her account information, but that would be a bit of a give away, and I want the gift to come as a surprise. How do I go about fixing whatever problem seems to be blocking things?

Well, sure; I knew that nothing would be done until after the Holiday in any event, but I wanted to get the ball rolling. I have a nocturnal schedule, and probably won't get a chance to call Billing until late in the afternoon. There's a system set up for giving the Gift through the Simutronics website, and I was curious why it wasn't working for me.

The place to ask would be either the Simutronics forum or an email/call to billing. It's purely an onsite issue.
