I'm not sure if this is the right folder or not but I've noticed that there were quite a few shops that perhaps should have been repossessed from their owners by now because they are no longer playing and haven't for more than a year or so. When inquiring about getting shops, deeds are not open because of these shops sitting empty or mostly empty taking up space. Is there anyway we can have the ownership reviewed on these, please?

Wether you see said character IG or not, they are logging in and walking into the shop and then leaving the shop often enough not to have the place repossessed. Now wether that person keeps items stocked that are useful or not... Or if they even keep it stocked enough to be viable from a merchanting perspective.
If you don't make enough to pay rent, you might want to think of getting outa the business I would think.
I admit I don't play my shop owner much anymore, but I do restock it often with enchanting projects, slabs for crafting, and the occasional magical bauable. So I tend to make a lot more then rent on average.
