Is it just me or is it pretty rare for finding any items with a lockpicking bonus? I rarely see any up for sale. People might be hoarding them though...
I have an earcuff with +11 to lock pick bonus (and a lot of other junk). I've been hanging onto it in case one of my rogues wants to use it down the road. I suspect it isn't any more rare than other enhancives, just people doing what I did and using it or hanging onto it just in case they want to use it.

I found this recently:
a jade-inlaid gold earcuff
bonus 3 to ranged bonus, (6 to use); bonus 3 to picking lock bonus (4 to use); bonus 2 to dexterity, (3 to use) lots of charges remain, persists.
It'll be up for sale once I get off my lazy butt. It's not a huge enhancive, but all the aspects go well together for the right character.
