You remove an enruned glass wrist guard from in your mesh cloak.

Heavily enruned over the surface, the glass wrist guard is slightly cracked and appears to be a cloudy grey. Upon the underside of the guard, a tiny amber eye is affixed to the glass.

Haven't had it sung to yet, but the pawnshop is offering 33k and change for it.
