I truly hope that was humor, an not what actually happened.

When you see someone you think is violating policy, please continue to REPORT. We do check. However, there's nothing wrong with the OP AFK scripting, since he currently plays Shattered.

In Shattered, sure you can script to your heart's content.

If you play in Prime, there are certain rules that need to be followed. I do report players who I believe are violating the scripting policies, and I am not alone.
