Pin-worn bodices that have pockets can fetch 20k from a player often times, and have been dropping for quite some time.
Indeed, I was updating the wiki for the treasure system about three weeks ago, and this was something I added (https://gswiki.play.net/mediawiki/index.php?title=Treasure_system)
