Kylistra has found an annoying stray dhu kitten that she will be raffling off this month. You need to be present to win or another winner will be selected from the crowd. Kitten and carrier come as is.
You can find the raffle table in the Mistral Hall, Lounge in River's Rest.

Since the advent of the quest-transport system and returning to the correct town...
...and it no longer being as convenient as "getting rid of one of those pesky crystal amulets" to get to River's Rest...
...is there any possibility of getting a Premium Hall-to-Hall transport system, that absolutely prohibits you from exiting the target Hall (no free rides to another town), so you can get in on the raffle action going on over there without having to hoof it to that specific town?
(Because I'd love me some kitten, but have little interest in actually re-visiting the Rest.)
