A raffle table can be found in Zephyr Hall, Common Room outside of Wehnimer's Landing. This raffle is for your chance to win a Mayhem tattoo, otherwise known as a wandering tattoo. The win is not transferable, and you MUST be present at the time of the drawing to win.
