For raffle, drawing sometime late Friday night (around 11:30 Central, if I've done my math right, which I might not have), is a 3x a day permanent invokable spell tattoo for Transference (225). The certificate is transferable, but the holder must contact me within 7 days of the close of the festival for redemption.
