Fixed a couple things with the gambling kits. Most of the fixes are for those that managed to get a fully unlocked kit.

* LATCH and UNLATCH - Fully unlocked kits are now working properly to lock up your belongings. You can only LATCH and UNLATCH a kit while holding it. This is to safeguard your kits from someone being able to unlatch it while it is in "table mode." So it would be wise to CLOSE and LATCH your kit before you place it on the ground. Items inside or on top of a gambling kit are NOT safe, and can be picked up by other players!

* Kits that are on the ground or on top of/inside of something will no longer give the fancy messaging when you place something inside of it.

* Kits in "table mode" will no longer let you pick them up if they have something on top of it. No more will you need to worry about stowing a kit with something on top of it, and it being stuck. If you currently have a gambling kit that is stuck, please ASSIST in-game and ask for a referral.

* Fully unlocked kits will display some messaging when you look inside of one if there are no coins inside.
