We're about 75% done with the first round of Droughtman matches, and the semi-finals are coming up soon!

The semi-finals are scheduled May 18-22, with the winners of each of those matches competing in the final round on June 4. Check https://www.play.net/gs4/quests/list_slots.asp?questID=161 - runs 101-110 for dates and times.

Those who have qualified for the semi-finals can send me an email (gs4-sirina @ play.net) with the subject line Droughtman Semi-Finals and let me know if you have preferences for which runs will or will not work best for you. I will try to accommodate as many as possible, but chances are that not everyone will get their ideal situation.

If you have an urgent reason that you absolutely cannot make a particular run, you need to let me know that and be specific!

If I don't hear from you, I will put you in a random open space, so if you don't care, you do not need to contact me.

One last reminder on this and an update. From my records, I haven't heard from the following semi-finalists. I assume this to mean you have no strong preference about which dates/times for semi-finals that I put you into. If that's the case, that's great, and you do NOT need to contact me.

If you're not on that list, I have received your request, and I have been able to meet every request so far. (Some of you got your second or third choice, but I didn't have any instance where I had to put someone completely out of their preferences.)

Once the last matches run on Saturday, I will post the schedule as I have it at that time. I'll give everyone a couple of days to go "Oh no, that won't work!" and I'll do a little shuffling as I can. After that point, I will submit your account information to the office, and they will input your info into the box office website. Once that is done, any additional trading of slots will have to be handled via (a) you find someone willing to trade with you, and (b) both people swapping jointly contact quests@simutronics.com to request that they swap you.

For upcoming/remaining runs, if those winners have scheduling needs, please give me at least two (preferably three) runs that will work for you. Since there are only a few slots left, the more flexible you can be, the better we'll be able to work things out. (Also, be prepared to email me immediately if you have strict scheduling problems that need to be accommodated if you win one of the remaining runs.)

Again for easy reference: The semi-finals are scheduled May 18-22, with the winners of each of those matches competing in the final round on June 4. Check https://www.play.net/gs4/quests/list_slots.asp?questID=161 - runs 101-110 for dates and times.
