As I'm guessing I'd guess one is 2x exp and the other is 3x. Kinda like a RPA you can use whenever you want. But

Not sure if it would work but did a bard loresing it? Other then actually using it, or a NIR saying that would be my only idea on trying to figure it out.

I'm guessing the green is 2x and the violet is 4x. There was a blue from the Academy quest that I assume was 3x but it doesn't appear in this prize list. They're amazing and last a decent amount of time.
