Items that require citizenship in specific towns (such as the shop vouchers) should maybe be released in some manner other than the TT. Maybe at whatever yearly festival each town has.

It's not bad if something like that comes up early in its run cause there's plenty of time and other things coming behind them to spend the tokens on. When they're among the last couple items, though, it kinda stinks when you find a token the last day or two of it and you're not a citizen of that town.

Since I know it's coming.... I'm aware of the 175BS for turning in a token. That really isn't a consolation.

Good point!

Technically, you can still win the voucher just not redeem it. I know that only helps resellers and not people who aim for things they'll use.

I gave serious thought to dropping my token in even though my shop is in RR rather than SolHaven... I'm pretty sure what I could get reselling it is greater than the perfume by a factor of 100. In the end, I decided I'd feel like too much of a hypocrite if I did... maybe my cleric will like the perfume if I win that.
