I haven't gotten anything other than ore and the regular loot items (when I have that DUSKRUIN REWARD option turned on) for like the last 5-6+ 50 count books. I got a few items (I would say 5-6 or so including one orb, one thread, one or two dusts, one or two swatches, and one or two rods) early on (during the few few 50 count books). I've run at least 15 50-count books total. Something feels broken now. Can the drop rates really be that bad that I could get no drops over the last 300 or so runs? I was worried that switching back and forth between loot types using DUSKRUIN REWARD might have reset things somehow but I even stopped doing that the past 2 or so books. I was worried that looking (for loot on the ground) after I finished berserking might be messing up my loot. Can you look back and view our runs and/or statistics? I ran a bunch by using bloodscrip to buy new books but I also spent a bunch in silvers and $200+ in simucoins for the event. My last $100 has yielded nothing but bloodscrip and ore. I just wanted to tell you how I feel and it's not so good. I had planned on spending another $100 over the weekend but didn't pull the trigger bc nothing was dropping. Nothing has dropped since then either.

Neither situation is any kind of proof there is something wrong with drop rates. I'd go as far as to say the first situation posted by the OP was actually pretty good luck, while the more recent situation with the 2,000 heist runs was pretty bad luck. I suppose you can always ask to be sure things are working as intended. But 750 or even 2,000 runs isn't enough data to come to any kind of meaningful conclusion.
Also, our minds tend to remember the runs of bad luck versus the good ones. I have never seen anyone post here concerned that the RNG isn't working right because they received 4 trove tokens and 2 BOH items in a span of 50 arena runs.

I ran 2000 runs and got 1 orb and 5-6 bag parts and 10ish tokens?... Compared to roughly the same amount of runs last DR got 15 orbs, countless bag parts, but about the same amount of tokens...
wish we could have a more guaranteed drop rate than just 1 orb every 2500 runs...
