I repeat. The ELESINE eagle has landed.
Sorta in the same-ish area as usual, almost...and you know how eagles are.

I beg your pardon.
The bulk of the storylines for the last three years have taken place in the Underground (where this item is), so it's not a secret or insider information.
You could ask nearly anyone that attended any of the years, and they'd most likely be able to help you. People that didn't even participate in the storylines could help you because all of the elesine items have been in the Underground all three years, and trust when I say, tons of people made their way through.
Additionally, all the information you need to get into it is available in the Inn and Tavern 24/7.
So, I'm sorry that you're displeased that I didn't offer you the answer to the puzzle on a silver platter, but that's never been something we do in GS. I'm not sorry about not hand-feeding players the solution.
If you don't want to try to solve the puzzles for yourself, ask someone. I'm certain you'll find someone that will steer you in the correct direction.

Only "unjust" part is the fact that you may need to ask people what any sort of passcode is to get into the Underground, if you don't use Lich. (If you do use Lich, easy peasy, just use the Lich room numbers that are under the Spoiler tag on that link I posted.)
