I suspect with the rise of sigil staves and the occasional weapon spell infusing paladin, a small niche market is forming around scrolls with attack spells on them.

I would personally like to see scrolls at future merchant events with the following attack/utility spells spells.
208, 210, 212, 301, 302, 317, 501, 505, 616, 702, 705, 706, 711, 715, 719, 1002, 1106, 1115, 1201, 1207, 1211, 1602, 1614, 1615
