I would like to buy free-to-play boosts with my premium account.
I have a F2P paladin that I keep for when I turn off the premium account, as I do from time to time when $$ gets tight. I like knowing that I can keep playing with my F2P dwarf gal.
I have simucoins on my premium account and want to buy a society pass for my paladin, but cannot buy F2P boosts with a non F2P account.
Maybe there's some reason for this because of some possibility for abuse that I'm not seeing. But if not, it would make me happy to be able to spend the simucoins I bought on any of my accounts, including my F2P one.

Not sure I agree with your interpretation here... A lot of things can be purchased using one account and then give to / utilized by another so I don't think your 'abuse' label is appropriate or correct in this case.

Or someone included a search parameter by account type so as not to clutter someone's screen with things they did not think they would want to see, and did not think that Houses, Organizations, or a big brother might want to buy some of them.

There are a few reasons that they aren't available.
The biggest is they are useless to non-F2P accounts. We have discovered that even having a disclaimer that it is a F2P item doesn't stop people from going in and buying them for their non-F2P accounts. GameMasters cannot issue refunds for SimuCoins, nor can I.
