Will these offer any of the above listed or are there different certificates for each of those spells?

I have to say I am a little disappointed the hyped event was basically a Simucoin purchase for stuff you might as well put on the Simucoin store anyways. If you are going to go the micropurchase route, do it. I'm all for paid events with GM participation, but an automated event for Simucoins? Just skip the event and put the stuff in the store for a limited weekend. Seriously....
Re: 4 days? on 02/07/2017 10:56 PM CST
How about you give the event a chance, and then once it's finished, let us know your thoughts about it. I understand the concerns, but let's see how things go for this first run, and then we can perhaps open up discussion for what went well and what didn't go so well.

Pre-written, already QC'd customizations like this are about the perfect candidate for automation and freeing up GM time for fun things and things actually need/deserve their attention.
+1 to all of this! Thank you for providing the additional info - I've gone from confused to excited. And it sounds like I'll have time to play normally AND participate in the event this weekend, which is a win-win.

"Let me know if you have any questions." -- Haliste
Is the "See More" option available for non-StormFront users, who do not have PnC interface? (i.e. "Is there a keyboard-only option?")
.
"a special custom certificate that will offer a pre-made Fire Spirit, Major Sanctuary, Manna Bread, Animated Disk, Call swarm, or Grasp of the Grave to the recipient." -- WikiPage
To be clear, this is "a pre-made result should it happen to be the case that your character casts (whichever) one of those spells", and it is NOT "granting self-knowledge of the spell to the character with this pre-made option."
(Which would be quite a bit more useful & powerful.)
.
<Enhancive charging/permifying stuffs>
To be clear: this can do things like "take this Fusion item and, for the low LOW cost of 1000 SimuCoins, make it no-longer-Fusion (i.e. permanent"?
Or does it work (exactly like I just described) only on non-Fusion Enhancives, like treasure-founds?

>Is the "See More" option available for non-StormFront users...
Sure is! If you READ LIST again, you get the next set of 10. Same with ordering -- you can either click on the number, or just ORDER 151 (or whatever it is).
>NOT "granting self-knowledge of the spell
That's correct. If you find one of these certificates, you have to be able to cast the spell in order to benefit from the custom spell text.
>take this Fusion item and...
Fusion is ineligible, as is armor and shields. There might be a couple more exclusions (that I can't remember off-hand at the moment) for items that handle enhancive recharging and/or # of charges within its script.

This would be a really big disclaimer that would be well worth adding to the Wiki info.
.
.
Armor & Shields, you say.
Sssoooo... weapons--to include runestaves--still perfectly alright? (And, of course, the "sundry treasure stuffs" on random body parts.)

It will specify which is which. For instance:
#136: You quickly intone a battle chant, imploring your patron to lend you aid. [Profession: Paladin] [Circle: Paladin]
That one is restricted to Paladins, and works only on the Paladin circle.
#145: You chant a short phrase, embers leaping from your fingertips, as you clench your hand into a smoke-shrouded fist. [Profession: Wizard] [519]
That one is restricted to Wizards, and spell 519.
Profession, Circle, and/or spell (if applicable) is shown in the list. In some cases, a prep might be restricted to a circle, but would say [All].

>(Please note: Spell preps limited to a specific circle or profession cannot be purchased if you do not meet these limitations. In SOME cases, specific spell preps without circle or profession limitations can be purchased by anyone.)
I believe this might be to prevent people from buying something they cannot use, but since the prep items are transferable, I see it as more of an obstacle than safeguard.

Maybe there could be a bright yellow warning as you try to purchase these instead?

The spell prep phrases at this event are not transferable. They are applied at the time that you purchase it from the list. This is the same for the Signature Verbs, Swears, and Logon/Logoff Phrases.
The items that are transferable are ones found in the magical cubes.

>Yes, completely transferable. Anyone can access the grounds, so you can hand off a token (that's what they will be) to anyone. If you have a Premium account and a few basic/F2P accounts you want to use your Premium bulk increases, you can do just that.
I'M SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!

>It looks like the SimuCoin tokens are transferrable, but the product you buy with said token is not.
That's correct. You will purchase a token (from the SimuCoin store) that can be used for different things (ie: a custom token). This token can purchase Spell Preps, Logon/Logoffs, Signature Verbs, and Swears within the event area. The token can be given to whichever character you want, but the purchase of the service (spell prep, sig. verb, etc.) is bound to the character that buys it.
Hopefully it'll make more sense once you're on the grounds! If not, we're all doomed...

>Once you purchase something with said token, the token is gone and you are bound with the service purchased.
I think this is a huge mistake that limits these to people who can only make these weekends. You already have spell prep tomes, etc. that can be transferred from character to character and there's a great market for it, and they make great prizes for CHEs/MHOs. I think they're one of the best things to be released in the past couple of years. I would have bought a new batch of SCs and picked up some of the preps to sell later for silvers, while now I'm more likely to just use silvers and buy a token or two. I am not likely to spend much at all on the slot machine aspect.
Re: 4 days? on 02/08/2017 01:45 PM CST
This event is not for spell prep tomes. There are preps (and other things) that will be available at this event exclusively, and not offered anywhere else. That said, this event is not going to appeal to everyone, just as Duskruin Arena doesn't appeal to everyone. If there are large obstacles or stumbling blocks with this event, then we will absolutely evaluate it after its initial run and adjust accordingly, if necessary.

For this event in particular I really like the way it is being approached. As someone who always checks out the custom feature pavilion at events (premium food fest, EG, etc) I'm looking forward to what I find for my characters. That and I found a number of great spell preps that fit various characters last run of the summit faire. As someone who infrequently uses enhancives I'll let others voice opinions on the spire portion.

Re: 4 days? on 02/08/2017 03:22 PM CST
Question:
I totally understand that only a Wizard can buy the Wizard-only spell preps, but would someone of another Profession even see the Wizard-only options in the list?
Just wondering if I'm going to have to peruse the lists with every one of my characters to see all the options or if I can browse with a single character and make note of neat Profession-only preps that I may want to drag a different character out to purchase.
