Ok.. trying to figure this out.. I have an enhancive token and an item I would like to permify.. do I need 3 tokens to permify and how does it work?

This is the message I get when I analyze the token..

You analyze your enhancive token and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
As you gaze into the enhancive token you feel like you can raise it to grant yourself access to: the Summit Academy.

The token has: 1 charge left.


You get no sense of whether or not the token may be further lightened.
