Raffle wins should also bind to the winners, so those services cannot be sold and are won by people who actually want/need them.

Will there be any merchants/services that F2P can take part in on the Spitfire? I've been running my character around but so far haven't found any. :)

I did a session on Sunday, around 10:30 AM EST. I believe 5 people showed up.
