Tiny prize tweak for 3 items, none were currently out in the shanty (they're instead further down in the quarterly rotation): the astrolabe, lunar chart, and green papyrus map (star chart) will no longer be in the TW prize pool. Hopefully their departure is not earth/Elanthia-shattering for anyone, but I did want to post this info ahead of time so that there aren't any surprises when the other quarterly prize sets eventually get rotated in.

Not that I'm aware of at the moment, but the quests aren't really my bailiwick overall (so I'm not really the right person for answering that question with any real info... but I didn't want to just entirely ignore you, either =p ).
