Boost the amount of charges that blessing lore adds.

Let spiritual lore help clerics create a HOLY RELIC (upgrades holy symbol) that holds more total charges (thinking 40 - 100 range) and be limited to 1 per cleric so no mass producing but the HOLY RELIC can be passed off to other players.
