Blind is a warding spell that causes the image of the cleric's deity to be superimposed over him/herself. This vision will blind the target, causing it to be stunned for the duration of the effect.

On a warding margin of 20 or more (endroll of +120 or higher), there is a chance the target will be forced into a kneeling position, which is increased with training in Spiritual Lore, Religion.

The Paladin calls upon the divine power of her patron to decimate her foe. When successfully cast, the target is surrounded by a damaging sacred force, and may additionally be forced to kneel. Divine Strike also forces the target into Roundtime (RT).

Im not sure if I should really be comparing a cleric spell with a paladin spell, but these two are similar in nature except for the paladin version being infinitely more useful due to it requiring far less religion lore to make the target kneel and it does a hefty amount of damage whereas 311 does none.

311 - 180 Ranks for 80% to force target to kneel
1615 - 25 Ranks for 85% to force target to kneel

311 - Can stun targets but does no damage
1615 - It usually does enough damage to stun targets and even outright kills them sometimes

IMO 311 could use some improvement. 4 mana less should not see this degree of disparity.
