I note that I've lost all of the health bonus from 1616-Vigor today. I also tried stopping and recasting the spell as well.
Previously I had 225 health and presently I have 190 (175 max as human plus 15 from 1 health Rank of Toughness).

Some additional information.
It appears there is some sort of wonky delay. After a few minutes my max changed to 225. But then when I stopped the spell and recast I was capped at 190 once again.
Than after a period of time (2 minutes-ish), the benefit kicked back in again.
Doing some additional testing, it appears that typing INFO re-establishes the spell benefit.

And it seems improved this morning!
I was at 225/225, stopped the spell which dropped me to 190/190, then recast and went back to 225/225. In the past I would have been at 190/225 when initially casting the spell so now it looks like the spell is carrying your current damage forward when applying the additional health vs. requiring that you recover all of it even if you weren't injured before casting.
