This may be a long post. I'm not sure how old the test server code is, so maybe none of this is an issue, but I didn't want to burn through my live instance potion without at least trying to confirm results were as expected.
Long story short. I had a potion with multiple infusions. First sip worked, followup sips did not, and potion just went downhill from that first working sip. One note, I didn't wait until the next week to take a second sip as I was trying to see what happened if I accidentally drank twice in the same week and hit the cap - never got to see this though.
<--The Potion-->
>cast my pot
You gesture at a sparkling mirtokh potion.
The layers of essence permeating the mirtokh potion unfold before you to reveal the patterns of an enchanting potion. You determine that a sparkling mirtokh potion is a standard potion used to prepare items for enchantment up to 6 times. Obvious to your observation, the potion was crafted by a skilled alchemist and provides a persistent bonus of 5 percent to temper time reduction.
Waves of mana surrounding the mirtokh potion causes your vision to blur slightly, however peering deeply into the flows of essence you discover that it has been infused with mana by you. Also, you determine that the mirtokh potion will reduce the temper time by 398 percent.
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.
<--The First Drink (This works) -->
>drink my pot
You take a drink from your mirtokh potion.
As you bring the potion to your lips, you pause to consider how much liquid remains within and whether you are sure of this plan.
[You may drink the potion again within 15 seconds to consume some of the mana infused within. Doing so will increase the essence you have available for enchanting if you are the wizard who infused this potion. The amount of essence gained counts toward your weekly maximum and cannot exceed this limit.]
You have only about 6 quaffs left.
>sense
You study your surroundings and use your keen knowledge of the arcane. It quickly becomes evident that this room is a strong magical workshop.
You sense a convergence in the flows of essence and gather that this place must be a natural earthnode.
You sense that you have not accumulated any essence for enchanting. However, you are certain you could still manage a +1 enchantment.
You have 3308 mana points in your personal mana pool available for infusing potions.
>
You feel at full magical power again.
>drink my pot
You take a drink from your mirtokh potion.
The fiery liquid burns your throat as you drink it, causing you to cough and gag!
[You sense that you have absorbed 15600 essence for enchanting.]
You have only about 5 quaffs left.
<--The used Potion (Stuff starts going wonky here)-->
Also, you determine that the mirtokh potion will reduce the temper time by -128952 percent.
<--Second, third, and fourth sips all did this-->
>drink my pot
You take a drink from your mirtokh potion.
The fiery liquid burns your throat as you drink it, causing you to cough and gag!
You have only about 3 quaffs left.
<--For giggles tried infusing it-->
infuse 3308 potion
You have enough mana stored to reduce the temper time on your next pour attempt with a sparkling mirtokh potion.
Chanting softly, you infuse mana into a sparkling mirtokh potion. Thin wisps of pure mana flow from your mouth and shimmers around the potion in slow lazy spirals. Gradually the flow of mana becomes more solid, and swirling rapidly it penetrates the vessel containing the potion.
You sense that you have infused enough mana to reduce the time it takes for the potion to temper an item by -128942 percent.
<--Figured I'd try using it as an old school potion to see the result on 0x boots-->
You gesture at some silvery leather boots.
You sense that the boots has a magical enhancement of its ability to hit, and will deliver intermittent blasts of fire.
The underlying patterns of essence within the leather boots indicate that it has been enchanted and you notice your own enchanter's mark on it. You recognize the vibrant green aura surrounding it as indicating a moderate level of enchantment.
The leather boots seems to have been prepared for enchanting, and may be enchanted up to a bonus of 0.
>pour my pot on my boot
You pour your potion on the boots.
1d100: 20 + Modifiers: 426 == 446
As the liquid coats the surface of the leather boots, a misty aura fills the air surrounding it, dancing around your fingers as you gesture over it with a soft incantation spilling from your lips. Small runic symbols flare to life at various points along the surface of the boots, their blurry edges wavering in response to the cadence of your voice and the liquid in these areas absorbing quickly beneath the surface. When the last of the liquid has vanished, the symbols dissipate and the boots appears faded. You scrutinize the leather boots, notice nothing amiss, and conclude that the tempering seems to have been successful. You estimate that the leather boots should be ready to enchant in about 6 to 7 months.
Roundtime: 20 sec.
That was the last drop.
The mirtokh potion shatters into twinkling dust.
Probably a record temper time for a 1x enchant.

They know about it, I reported that last year both on discord and in game it was temporarily fixed then it broke again sometime in January. The GM I spoke to said they sent an email to the GM responsible for fixing them so they definitely know. As far as I can tell it's only affecting some potions and leaving others fine and it's impossible to tell which is which. Anyway I also have multiple bags of bugged potions and have been in the referral queue for over a month.

When the tempering potion fixes go in, potions like the above will start working properly again. I'll make an official forum post when it's safe to use these.
