As I have been gone for MANY YEARS (tm), curious as to the status of slots 935 and 940. Development possible? Waiting for the right idea? Was something pitched and didn't pan out?

Not trying to be a sorc and reanimate this thread, but as I'm catching up after reactivating what I'd like to see:

935 Combine
The opposite of duplicate, combine like items, combining charges and increasing value.

940 Enhanced Attunement
Increases DF and resistances to attuned element. .

525 Element Storm
Calls down bolts of attuned element. Element can be changed like 518, ficred rt and caster safe.
