SO Enjoyable! on 02/09/2016 09:35 PM CST
I loved this event, it conjured up some fond memories from the Wavedancer.
1. Ianthra, Ielisha and Oirisu - You were AMAZING. I was not playing when the Veola's were released, so the opportunity to get a few of these, magical. The flowers from Ielisha - nothing short of spectacular. I love that they show up in your features, new and different.
2. Epic deepening and the willingness to do something on the fly to make a prized container more useful. That was just all sorts of goodness.
3. The merchants were very flexible and earnest. Farain was fun!
4. Liked the variety of raffles, both minor and major, especially the spell preps, verbs and such.
5. The grounds were small enough that I felt it was easy to find my way around.
6. Willingness to upgrade the gift brooch and the enhancive permanency. Adding pockets, just a lot of great things.
7. Thank you for the signs. It is nice to make informed purchases, when possible.
8. Offering unlocks of things like tier 2 wounded wear was VERY welcome.
8. I have lots of suggestions for the snowball satchel, where can I post those?
Improvements, suggestions etc.
1. Please consider reworking the raffle system into one that will take notes. Carrying around hundreds of thousands of coins is onerous.
2. If you are going to use a list, please remove the unnecessary round time. Those mechanics hail from a time long ago, one that I doubt Wyrom and Liia will allow to return. Most people do not complain about a spinner.
3. Where is the ranger love? Please consider offering quivers that bundle, without making them several tiers of unlocking. Flaring arrows of any sort are very welcome, hell just pretty arrows that can be ebladed, perhaps make them various colors - easier for us to select the correct arrows for the job.
4. Already mentioned, but the lack of a bank made things a bit cumbersome.
5. The orbs, make them useful after the event.
6. Mazreth was very clear about the number of voln only raffles. It wasn't clear that some major chances required completion of the quest for the brand new forest armor. I understood the quest to be optional, but the inability to even have a chance to get armor further unlocked to tier 3 was disappointing. If you didn't finish the quest, you got one spin after the fact.
7. Perhaps I missed them, but there seemed to be a conspicuous lack of trash bins.
8. Where were the ensorcel raffles? Enchants have long been offered, the chance to get ensorcels for a reasonable sum would be most welcome.
9. (Just because you are reading this, please do not release any more familiars in contraptions for non-wizards. Familiars have always been a very big signature spell for wizards. I heard from the familiar union, that they do not like being sold like a commodity to someone who doesn't understand the unique bond.)
Great job all! And thank you so much!

I liked how Xerria handled it on one of her visits. It determined the order but wasn't limited to 10 people. Reward folks who can get there "fast" enough is not about "paying attention". If I pay for three accounts to go, a list is a distinct disadvantage. If the desire to reward players for "paying attention" then I might limit my ticket purchases to one character.
In any case, the round time is unnecessary.

to be fair, a script can be coded to wait x amount of RT and thus it's just the attentive person that gets really "punished" if you will.
No matter what though, there's always going to be a way for a script to be clever enough to deal with it unless the merchant tells everybody to just join them and they move but even then...

Different type of list, most likely. The room order list isn't like the old morphing lists (signs, banners, etc). They just add every one in room order (or as they walk in) and can be set to different numbers of openings.
That's the list that Selandrine uses.

Dear My Favoritest Liia,
How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. I love thee to the depth and breadth and height my barbie-loving soul can reach... (even when you set me on fire)
