I got to say this has to be addressed by all future rafflers. It is a glaring hole. I do not know if the poor person who won the tier 2 to tier 3 voln unlock managed to figrue something out but if he won that raffle and did not want that one/could not comply with the ticket making it so no one is could win that raffle is not the way it should go.

I wouldn't use the word "mad" when it comes to the GM in charge, this is an effort to have a discussion about wasted spots. Venting yes, but the GMs know how rare these services are and that some people were present and prepared and entered the right ones.
Thank you for the benefit of the doubt. Gaji is a bit short and to the point about things and he believes if you do not take time to read what you are buying, it's on you. That is his personality, not mine and I just wanted to say I understand how awesome this service (which is why I offered it at Festival of Fallen and again here) and I appreciate that even when disappointed, everyone has kept it classy.
