Agent Alindri will be loitering around the Lighthouse Pub today in the late morning and early afternoon hours. At 11:30 AM EST she will spin for 10 of her 20 chances to unlock mechanical locksmith bracers, originally made famous by a gnome named Glearnim. An hour later, at 12:30 PM EST she will spin for the remaining 10. She will be available before and after group selection to answer questions regarding these remarkable contraptions as well as to make customizations as time permits.

unlock meaning T2 is ok?

Not everyone is Premium or goes to Xerria. More methods of getting these out is nice.
Though I'd love to see more of the T2 ones go out, only aware of 1 definite and 1 possible that went out during EG 2014

Tier 2 provides a mechanical benefit (i.e. the ability to not get blown up by a missed trap) and thus requires further approvals, those approvals are not in place. So Tier 0 --> Tier 1 only.
