I regret not being at the meeting last eve and I am glad to hear of the respect and success. Our town is a true community. I hope, under the leadership of Sir Cryheart, those staying in town would get together the night before to discuss what we need to accomplish to prepare. Our forces will be thinner than normal due to all fronts and a strong strategy I believe is key. Suggestions and thoughts all welcome. In the mean time if we can start doing the followings things...

Gathering herbs, chrism gems and make sure the logs in the ballista's are blessed. Know our clerics and empaths and make sure all know primary triage and secondary triage. All suggestions.
