The Mobile Smithy featured at last year's Commencement of Coraesine Forest will be back!
For those that don't recall what this is, it's a wagon that offers the weighting, padding, and sighting on an automated level for silver. The wagon will cost 100,000 silver to enter. The appraisal NPC will be outside the wagon so that you don't need to guess what something would cost before entering.
The wagon will start in the Ravelin (Ta'Vaalor) on the 15th in the afternoon/evening and make its way around to a few other towns (Ta'Illistim being the next). There will be a short break where the wagon is gone, but then it will reappear on Mist Harbor to finish everything toward the end of the month into May.
Platinum will start in the Landing and stay there for the duration of the smithy's visit. Shattered is already all set.
If any details change, I'll be sure to announce them.

The smithy is now open. It is in Wyvern Plaza in the Ravelin. It will move to Ta'Illistim Tuesday afternoon.
It cost 100k silver to enter, it can take notes and/or silver. It does prioritize notes first. There is no confirmation on the entry fee, you pay it once you GO WAGON. If you LOOK at the weagon you can see the fee.

I only have one question: If an armor already has one type of padding, if you add the other does he take out the original padding?
Examining the body-leathers closely, it looks like it is exceptionally padded against critical blows.
I'd love to add some damage padding, but obviously don't want to mess with my current padding!
Will runestaves ever be eligible for weighting? I realize how incredibly pointless this is by far, but one day I'd like to be able to really whack something with my staff using THW training.
