Can Enchant certs be applied to bandolier weapons?
(I believe I asked at one point, and got told that PremiumPoints could not.)

It's just a small subset of players who own them, so it's not something we'd probably do at an event like EG or Duskruin. Maybe a calendared thing down the road at some point. Maybe make it a regular thing, like "every end of year/Holiday season of years ending in '3' or '8'" going forward? <cough>
